Social impact

Happy Work Social Impact is Happy Work’s corporate social responsibility programme, created to support associations, social solidarity institutions (IPSS), and non-profit organisations in strengthening leadership, improving service delivery, and reinforcing their relationship with the community.

The programme is grounded in a strong belief: the way an organisation leads, communicates, and structures its work has a direct impact on the dignity with which service users and families are supported, on team well-being, and on the trust built within the community.
Through assessments and tailored intervention projects, the programme supports social impact organisations in a way that is always adapted to their specific context—avoiding generic or decontextualised solutions.

Areas of intervention may include:

  • Public relations and service delivery (in-person, telephone, and written communication)
  • Leadership and team management
  • Management practices focused on efficiency, quality, and work organisation
Support may be provided on a pro bono basis or under special conditions, defined on a case-by-case basis according to the organisation’s capacity and the expected social impact.
The application process is simple and free of charge. Applications are assessed based on criteria such as social impact, leadership commitment, and the potential for sustainable and lasting change.
If your organisation is looking to improve internal practices, strengthen leadership, and increase its positive impact on the community, this programme offers a meaningful opportunity for transformation.
