DISC Methodology
Certified Professional Behaviour Analysts
The DISC methodology is a tool used to assess behavioural profiles, which is fundamental to understand the way a person tends to act, including their preferences and ability to communicate.
The DISC methodology makes it possible to understand how each person contributes to the team dynamic, what the ideal working environment is for them and what possible limitations they may have to overcome, according to their style:
-
Dominance
-
Influencing
-
Stabilizing
-
Cautious
The most effective people are those who understand both their strengths and their points for improvement and are able to develop strategies to meet the demands of their professional environment.
By completing an individual online questionnaire, the answers given are organised into an individual DISC report with the characteristics of the individual's Behavioural Profile.
There are various Behavioural Style reports that can be adapted to suit each organisation/individual. For example
- Employees
- Managers (Administrators / Entrepreneurs)
- Sales (salespeople / Key Account Managers)
- Team
